What a shame, we're just as disappointed as you are! But have no fear, we're here to satisfy you and to make things as simple as possible we offer a 60 day returns service to all our customers. 


ONLINE return policy

You can return any item purchased online that you are not completely happy with for a refund, within 60 days of receiving them. You can either pop into the shop or post it back to us. See below for steps on how to do this plus a few Terms & Conditions.

IN STORE Return policy

For purchases made in-store, we offer exchange only, within 14 days of purchase. Just pop into the store to pick your new favourite item! See below for a few Terms & Conditions that may apply.

Simple steps to return
your Online purchase

Find the returns form included in your parcel. If it's gone walkies,
you may 
Fill in the details for the product(s) you want to return and
& enclose the form and the items together in a package.

Package up your return, pop into your local post office and write the address out to our shop (as below).

Live in Colchester? Feel free to hand return your item to us in the store, and save yourself the return postage!

Terms & Conditions for
Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS & Exchanges

The following criteria must be met on inspection for both online returns and in-store exchanges:

  • All original tags must be attached
  • All items must be returned in the same condition they were received
  • All items have not been worn
  • All items are free of any odours
  • All items must be in saleable condition


Your refund for online purchases will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. Please allow 1 week for processing.


For all UK customers we offer a FLAT RATE £2 service.
For all other countries we unfortunately don't cover the cost of return postage.  We recommend that you use recorded mail and keep receipt of postage as we are not responsible for lost parcels by mail providers. If you wish to request reimbursement for postage due to an incorrectly advertised item, please email
